Matson Kane is Managing Broker and Partner at Westover Industrial Partners, where he focuses on the acquisition and sale of Class B and C industrial properties across the country. With more than a decade of experience in investment sales, development, and ownership, Matson brings a practical, hands-on perspective to every assignment.
He works closely with private equity groups, developers, and private owners—helping clients find the right opportunities, structure deals clearly, and navigate transactions with focus and efficiency. His background on both the advisory and ownership side gives him a unique understanding of what clients need and how to deliver it.
Matson is a Texas native and resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife and two sons. He is a graduate of Baylor University.

He focuses on sourcing assets, evaluating risk, and managing transactions from initial strategy through closing. His experience spans a wide range of markets and deal types, and his clients value his responsiveness, thoughtful perspective, and follow-through.
Sam lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife and is a graduate of the University of Idaho.
